The Casa-Museo Boschi Di Stefano houses a small yet amazing collection of over 200 works that were acquired over the course of the lives of the patrons Antonio Boschi and Marieda Di Stefano. Last week in Paris, AUTRE brought together Shayne Oliver, Frank Nesbitt, and a mix of new and old friends to toast the WORK IN PROGRESS issue with an intimate in-store celebration at @cahiercentral on the occasion of @artbasel in the city of lights #wip #cahiercentral

Introducing a new curated music series where we ask selected people to choose one song that represents the WORK IN PROGRESS theme. At the end, we’ll compile them all into a single playlist. First up, it’s The Replacements with their 1984 track “Androgynous” chosen by Autre’s editor-in-chief Oliver Kupper. First stop off the plane from Paris for an up close and personal peek at Dario Vitale’s brilliant and romantic debut collection for @versace at @justoneeye in Los Angeles . A brilliant collection of high and low materiality—from silk to denim. Bold colors and fusion of 1980s high glam with a tinge of 1920s Italian modernism and lots of sex appeal. Unbuttoned flies and open slips with a selection of prints from Gianni’s early 90s collections—including his iconic Miami collection. And of course lots of Medusa insignia who was raped and murdered for her beauty and turned into a monster. Even the mannequins were custom made for this collection-a collab between Dario and 100 year old Milan based @larosa_mannequins #versace #dariovitale #medusa
