Leading into the release of Haelos' “Earth Not Above” 12” on Matador, the London trio -- Arthur Delaney (vocals), Dom Goldsmith (vocals, production) and Lotti Benardout (vocals) -- present their first video, directed by Jesse Jenkins. As part one of a video trilogy, the “Earth Not Above” video carries the mood of the EP, treading the fine line between darkness and euphoria.

This incredible image of the Earth rise was taken during lunar orbit by the Apollo 11 mission crew in July of 1969. The first manned lunar mission, Apollo 11 launched aboard a Saturn V launch vehicle from the Kennedy Space Center, Florida on July 16, 1969 and safely returned to Earth on July 24, 1969. The 3-man crew aboard the flight consisted of Neil A. Armstrong, commander; Michael Collins, Command Module pilot; and Edwin E. Since the 1990s, Jeffrey Gibson has been weaving his own Native traditions and queer history with pop cultural references—particularly song titles, into kaleidoscopic textile works, paintings, videos, and performances. A member of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and of Cherokee descent, he is the first Indigenous artist to represent the United States with a solo presentation at the Venice Biennale. Gaetano Pesce (1939–2024) “The time of copies is behind us.
