Over the past four years, mysterious signs and billboards began appearing on utility poles in Los Angeles with a simple offer: WE BUY SOULS. They sat alongside similar signs that offered to buy everything from homes to junk cars to cash for insulin strips. The artist behind this public project, RABI (David Emanuel Mordechai Torres), received over 40,000 recorded messages from interested sellers.
