[FASHION FILM] Valérie Ciriadès "Indochine"

Indochine, a fashion film for Belgian, Brazilian designer Valérie Ciriadès' Spring Summer 2013 Indochine Collection inspired by the designer's trip to Cambodia, is a homage to Marguerite Duras, L'Amant, and Jean-Jacques Annaud's movie with the same name. It tells us the story of a beautiful french woman that falls in love with an Asian man in a hot Cambodian summer. The story is told with the help of a music, especially composed for the film, and interpreted by Brazilian Top Model Michelli Provensi, that also stars in the film as "The Lady." Indochine -the music and the film- was written and directed by Luigi Dias, Valérie's husband.

[FASHION FILM] Schizolog for Jau Label

Schizolog is the amazingly bonkers fashion film for East London based Jau Label's Spring Summer 2013 collection in collaboration with VVVintage. Jau Label's Spring Summer 2013 collection is called νέον or Neon (Greek νέον (neon) meaning "new one"). Designer Jessica Au's recent infatuation with Die Antwoord's "Zef Style" and the wave of neo-trash movement set her mind to work on her first womenswear and menswear collection that would focus on merging Japanese street style with stripper influences such as Brooke Candy. Jessica Au is quickly making a name for herself with her label which completely sold out at Somerset House London Fashion Week 2012 and has in the past year been house in Japan's Teknopolice alongside massive underground labels. The film is directed by Rob Heppell and stars model Pia Denker who after finding a magic box, is thrown through a series of visual worlds, each fitting with a different outfit. Pia strives through encounters with monsters and clones, will she ever find her way home?
